My name is Anne Leeds and I have been a Realtor specializing in high end residential properties in the Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica areas for the past 24 years. In addition to real estate sales, my husband and I build high end single family homes on speculation in the Palisades Riviera. We build a new home for sale every five years, or so.

Experience has taught me the value of home staging and I am of the opinion that equal attention needs to be paid to both the interior of the home and the exterior patio, deck and garden areas. After all, we live in Southern California and our clients want a wonderful outside environment in which to entertain and enjoy private time. Outdoor "rooms" are especially popular now.

I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that staging a home not only sells a home quickly but pays for itself (usually many times over) when the property sells for a higher sales price that it would have otherwise. Buyers are emotionally motivated when making a decision to purchase a home. The "wow" factor and excitement a well staged home elicits is the intangible quality that motivates a buyer to bid on a property in what is still a tenuous real estate market.

Over the years, I have worked with several home stagers, both in marketing my own homes as well as those of my clients. I now personally work with and refer my clients to only one, Deb Fabricant and her very effective team. While I have no complaints about the other stagers I have worked with (well, maybe I do about one) I find Deb's services to be not only the best value but also the best. She is talented, caring and meticulous. Moreover, she is completely reliable and honest. You can be assured the job will be done on time and that it will be done to perfection.
